Baker School District 5J Bus Barn.

POSITION INFORMATION

Baker School District is currently seeking a candidate for a Bus Driver position. This position is up to 40 hours per week but will be guaranteed at least 20 hours per week. Bus Drivers working at least twenty (20) hours per week will receive 100% of the insurance cap. Must have a CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL. District will provide training for applicant to qualify for a CDL if necessary. Applicants are responsible for the cost of exams and the School Bus Endorsement. Position will not be placed on contract until CDL is obtained, but will be paid by timeclock while training.

POSITION OVERVIEW OF BUS DRIVER

Drive bus and/or other district vehicles to transport passengers over specified routes according to time schedule.

REQUIREMENT OF POSITION

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful candidate passing a criminal records check and pre-employment drug test.

SALARY 2026-2027

Salary Scale $23.82 - $30.42. Placement on the salary schedule will be in accordance with the

BSD 5J/OSEA
