Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment on the bus
Perform required vehicle inspections before and after routes
Monitor student behavior and communicate concerns appropriately
Keep accurate route, mileage, and time records
Report maintenance needs and safety concerns
Collaborate with students, parents, school staff, and transportation personnel
Attend required training and maintain compliance with all DOT and district regulations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
Valid Pennsylvania CDL Class B with School Bus and Air Brake endorsements preferred
No school bus driving experience required. Training is available for qualified candidates
Clean driving record with no accidents or violations within the previous three years
No history of DUI or felony convictions involving the operation of a motor vehicle
Ability to pass required background checks, physical examinations, and drug/alcohol testing
Ability to read, write, and speak English
