Responsibilities include:

Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers' safety

Requirements:

Certified Applicants:

21 years of age or older Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsement and current RI School Bus Endorsement card "White Card" Three years of driving experience and clean driving record Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children

Non-Certified Applicants:

21 years of age or older Valid driver's license for three years and clean driving record Ability to obtain a CDL with S and P endorsements and RI School Bus Endorsement Card "White Card" - Training Provided Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children Join Zūm to make a difference in students' lives while enjoying a rewarding career!
