Our guests celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, family outings, vacations, date nights, and other special occasions with us. Every detail matters — from the appearance of the bus and professionalism of our team to the smoothness of the ride. Tea Around Town is part of the TopView family of sightseeing, entertainment, and specialty transportation experiences operating across the United States. The Position We are looking for professional, dependable, and hospitality-focused CDL Bus Drivers to join our Tea Around Town® Dallas operation. This is not a driving-only position . Our drivers take ownership of the safe operation, cleanliness, appearance, inspection, and daily readiness of their assigned bus . You will work closely with our dispatch, operations, and onboard hospitality teams to make sure every scheduled experience is safe, on time, clean, and ready for our guests. What You'll DoDrive Safely Safely operate a specialty double-decker passenger bus on designated Dallas routes. Follow all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation regulations. Provide a smooth ride for guests who may be eating and drinking during the experience. Maintain safe speeds, following distances, turns, stops, and vehicle positioning. Immediately report delays, accidents, mechanical issues, route concerns, or unsafe conditions. Complete Vehicle Inspections Complete required pre-trip and post-trip DVIRs . Use Samsara to document vehicle condition and report defects. Complete required weekly Samsara vehicle walk-around inspections , including photos and documentation. Report maintenance and safety concerns immediately. Never operate a vehicle with a known unsafe condition. Keep Your Bus Guest-Ready Our buses are part of the Tea Around Town experience, so cleanliness and presentation are essential. Drivers are responsible for required daily cleaning, including: Tables and guest seating areas Floors and carpeted areas Windows, walls, and guest-facing surfaces Driver and storage areas Areas underneath tables and seats Trash and debris removal General interior appearance Cleaning the bus is a required responsibility of this position and is not an optional duty. Weekly Deep Cleaning & Bus Wash Drivers are responsible for: Completing the required weekly deep cleaning of their assigned bus. Taking the bus to an approved bus wash at least once per week , or as directed by Operations. Reporting damaged upholstery, tables, flooring, curtains, décor, fixtures, or other presentation concerns. Helping ensure the bus remains clean, professional, and ready for service. Inventory & Supplies Drivers also assist with the operating supplies kept on their assigned vehicle.

Responsibilities include:

Organizing stock and storage areas. Completing assigned cycle counts and inventory checks . Reporting missing or low-stock items. Keeping storage areas clean and organized. Assisting with loading, unloading, and preparing supplies when needed. Guest Experience Our drivers are part of the hospitality experience.

You will be expected to:

Interact with guests professionally and respectfully. Maintain a professional appearance and follow company uniform standards. Provide a smooth and comfortable ride. Assist with normal guest boarding and exiting needs. Communicate professionally with onboard servers, entertainers, dispatch, and Operations. Remain calm and professional when dealing with traffic, delays, or unexpected situations. Represent Tea Around Town® and TopView professionally at all times. 32-Hour Weekly Guarantee Eligible full-time drivers may participate in our 32-Hour Weekly Guarantee Program . To remain eligible, drivers must: Maintain full-time employment status. Maintain all required licenses, endorsements, permits, and driver qualifications. Maintain an open and flexible schedule , unless an alternative availability arrangement was approved during the hiring process. Be available for assigned weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs. Report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work. Complete assigned driving and non-driving responsibilities. Complete required cleaning, vehicle washing, inspections, inventory duties, and documentation. Follow company attendance, safety, uniform, conduct, and operating policies. An unapproved or unprotected call-out or absence may result in loss of eligibility for the 32-hour guarantee for that workweek , consistent with applicable law and company policy. Drivers will always be paid for all compensable hours actually worked. Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B . Valid Passenger (P) Endorsement . Qualified to operate vehicles equipped with air brakes. Acceptable driving record. Ability to meet applicable DOT and company driver qualification requirements. Strong commitment to safety and reliability. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Ability to use a smartphone or company-issued device for Samsara, DVIRs, inspections, and communication . Willingness to perform required cleaning and operational-support duties. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Experience Bus, motorcoach, shuttle, charter, sightseeing, or other commercial passenger-vehicle experience. Experience driving large commercial vehicles in Dallas or another major metropolitan area. Tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or customer-service experience. Double-decker bus experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Drivers must be able to perform the normal physical responsibilities associated with operating and maintaining the readiness of a passenger bus, including: Entering and exiting the vehicle throughout the workday. Walking throughout both levels of a double-decker bus. Bending and reaching while cleaning. Performing exterior vehicle inspections and walk-arounds. Handling cleaning equipment and operating supplies. Organizing and moving reasonable quantities of stock. Performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule Tea Around Town operates based on scheduled experiences and guest demand.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$25.00 per hour
