Afterschool Care Bus Driver Launchpad Learning Center | Garland, TX Help us get kids home safely after school! Launchpad Learning Center is looking for a dependable, responsible CDL Bus Driver to help transport elementary-aged children from local schools to our afterschool program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a short, consistent afternoon schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 2:30 PM-5:00 PM $50 per day Approximately 12.5 hours per week No weekends! Responsibilities Safely transport children from local elementary schools to Launchpad Follow designated bus routes and pickup schedules Complete required vehicle and safety checks Maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment while children are on the bus Follow all Texas Child Care Licensing and transportation requirements Communicate promptly with Launchpad leadership regarding delays, incidents, or concerns Ensure children are safely accounted for during pickups and transportation Keep the bus clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns We're Looking For Someone Who... Has a valid CDL Is dependable and consistently punctual Has a clean and safe driving record Enjoys working around children Is patient, calm, and responsible Communicates clearly with staff and school personnel Can follow a set route and schedule Takes safety seriously Is comfortable working independently Why Drive for Launchpad?
