Job Description
School Bus Driver
- $23•34/hr Earn $23•34 per hour while doing work that makes a difference in your community.
- 34 per hour, depending on experience Consistent driving opportunities Morning and afternoon routes Opportunities for additional routes, field trips, activities, and overtime Stable, community-focused position What You'll Do Safely transport students on assigned school bus routes Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow traffic laws, DOT requirements, and established safety procedures Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and dispatch Complete required driving, inspection, and incident documentation Operate safely during changing weather and road conditions Assist with emergency procedures when necessary Minimum Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) At least 21 years old High school diploma or GED Acceptable driving record Ability to pass required DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to student safety What We're Looking For You don't need to be perfect.
