Job Description

Summer Program - Bus Driver / CDL Driver Martha & Mary Kids We are looking for a professional Summer Program Bus Driver to join our fantastic team in a part-time position ! Our Summer Program bus drivers are responsible for the safe transportation of our School-Age Summer Program children and staff to and from field trips in a 28 passenger bus. They are also responsible (with other team members) for the supervision and safety of a small group of children once we reach our field trip destination. The field trip schedule varies from 6/29-8/21 and hours will vary based on trip. It will be approximately 20 hours a week. Martha & Mary has been caring for children, seniors and families in Greater Kitsap for 135 years. Wage:
$21-$22/hr..
Schedule:
Hours vary based on field trips, Monday- Friday (days may vary based on field trips), day shift.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Are a minimum of 25 years of age. Possess a current Washington State CDL/Class C license. Have proof of personal auto insurance. Have a minimum of 2 years bus driving experience with young passengers. Have knowledge of school age children and how to meet their needs. Have demonstrated ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. CPR/AED, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogen certifications.
