Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Anchorage. We are looking for an Office Scanner/Courier to join the accounting team. Scanner duties will include but not be limited to: Scanning, filing and organizing paper files and maintaining a filing system Review and process vehicle deal folders for electronic scanning General office clerical tasks Courier duties assigned a few hours a day include but not be limited to: Drive company vehicle in safe and efficient manner between in-town locations. Familiar with city streets and navigating through town to any given destination. Ability to read maps, signs, and use a GPS navigation device required. Coordinate vehicle operation and schedule pick up and drop off times per Accounting's Department request Complete delivery logs and bank transactions Perform visual safety inspection of vehicle. Fuel vehicle and remove snow from vehicle to allow for safe driving conditions. Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods during each work shift.
