OVERVIEW CGB

Express is a DHL service partner providing reliable, professional delivery services throughout South Florida. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers/Couriers to join our team. This is a home-daily position with daytime routes. Our drivers are an important part of the customer experience, and we are looking for individuals who take pride in safe driving, professional customer service, and getting the job done right. Candidates with strong knowledge of the Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and Palm Beach County delivery areas are highly preferred.

SCHEDULE

Monday:

8:15 AM until completion of route (approximately 10-12 hours)

Tuesday-Friday:

11:15 AM until completion of route (approximately 8-10 hours)

Weekends:

Generally not required, except during holidays or peak business periods as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate company vehicles, including cargo vans and box trucks. Deliver packages throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin counties . Load and unload packages while ensuring proper handling of all shipments. Follow assigned delivery routes and meet scheduled delivery expectations. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Maintain accurate delivery records, including invoices, door tags, and other required documentation. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow all company safety, transportation, and operating procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and represent CGB Express and DHL positively while on route.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. At least 1 year of verifiable express delivery or courier experience preferred . Previous experience operating cargo vans and/or box trucks. Ability to safely operate a 16-26 ft. box truck preferred . Strong knowledge of local roads and delivery areas, particularly Broward and Palm Beach counties , preferred. Strong navigation and route-planning skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, load, and unload packages safely. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment. Must follow all company safety requirements, including seatbelt use and the prohibition of handheld device use while driving. Must comply with company speed and safe-driving standards.
