All drivers in the listed areas and surrounding cities, we want to hear from you! As a 1099 contract driver , your role involves working as an independent contractor, often on a project-by-project basis. Here are some common responsibilities for 1099 drivers:

Delivery Services :

You'll transport goods, packages, or supplies from one location to another. This could include food delivery, medical supplies, or other items12.

Vehicle Operation :

You'll operate your own vehicle to complete deliveries. Following routes and adhering to safety regulations are essential.

Communication :

Timely communication with clients or dispatchers is crucial. You'll need to provide updates on delivery status and any issues that arise.

Equipment and Supplies :

As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for providing your own equipment (such as a vehicle) and necessary supplies.

Record Keeping :

Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and expenses is essential for tax purposes.

Independent Contract Driver Requirements:
