Lumen Atlas Logistics is actively onboarding self-employed 1099 Owner-Operators to handle fast, reliable, door-to-door small parcel deliveries throughout local residential and commercial areas. If you have a dependable vehicle, prefer working independently, and excel at staying on schedule, this contract opportunity is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities Load, organize, and deliver small parcels safely while adhering to designated daily route schedules. Use smart navigation tools and mobile GPS apps to streamline delivery routes and maximize time efficiency. Ensure accurate deliveries by capturing recipient signatures or digital proof of delivery (POD) as required. Maintain clear, real-time communication with dispatch regarding traffic delays, route updates, or access challenges. Follow all state and local traffic laws while delivering a high standard of professional customer service. Complete daily shift summaries and maintain organized delivery records.Qualifications & Requirements Vehicle:
Must own/lease and operate a road-ready, reliable vehicle suitable for parcel deliveries. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR). Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs regularly. Proficient with modern smartphones, GPS software, and mobile delivery applications. Highly self-motivated, punctual, and attentive to detail. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in courier work, last-mile logistics, or rideshare driving is an asset (not mandatory). Physical Requirements & Working Environment Fast-paced physical work involving repetitive bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and stepping in/out of your vehicle. Adaptability to drive safely in diverse weather conditions and busy urban/suburban traffic. Flexible operational hours (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Weekend availability).
