Delivery Driver - Independent Contractor (1099) Temporary Position with Potential to Become Permanent We are seeking a dependable and experienced delivery professional to operate a dedicated route. This role requires a full‑size van, Sprinter, or cargo van and is ideal for individuals who take pride in safe driving, reliability, and strong customer service. About the Role If you enjoy driving, can meet essential compliance requirements, and have the right vehicle for the job, we would like to hear from you. This position involves independent work, consistent route performance, and professional interaction with clients. Responsibilities Operate a full‑size van or cargo/Sprinter van on a dedicated delivery route Safely handle packages, including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively Follow delivery procedures and meet daily performance expectations Requirements Valid driver's license Must have active auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug test Full‑size van or Sprinter/Cargo van (required) Ability to lift 50 lbs Prior delivery experience preferred Contract Type This is a 1099 independent contractor position . Temporary to start, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
