As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Transport Associate to join our team. Position Overview The Transport Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of cannabis products between Nova Farms locations and multiple vendors within Massachusetts. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-value deliveries securely. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver products between vendors and Nova Farms locations. Ensure all transport activities comply with state regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and product movement. Securely handle and transport high-value products. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners. Adapt to varying schedules and travel routes as needed. Operate company-provided transport vehicle safely and responsibly. Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality. Ability to navigate and learn delivery routes efficiently. Professional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Capability to drive in challenging weather conditions while maintaining composure. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must obtain a Registered Agent badge from the Cannabis Control Commission. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of driving or courier experience, especially in security or armored vehicle transport (preferred but not required).
