Provide courteous and attentive service to passengers, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy. Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Assist passengers with mobility needs or special requests, demonstrating patience and understanding at all times. Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and basic troubleshooting, notifying dispatch of any needs. Handle heavy lifting when necessary for loading or unloading packages or assisting passengers with luggage or mobility aids. Communicate clearly with clients and dispatch teams to coordinate schedules, relay important information, and ensure smooth operations. Experience Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes is essential for efficient route management. Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities to foster positive client interactions. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining a high level of attentiveness during long shifts. Previous roles involving heavy lifting or assisting individuals with mobility challenges will be considered a plus.
