Overview Join our dynamic team as a Medical Delivery Driver, where your driving skills and commitment to service will ensure vital medical supplies reach healthcare facilities, clinics, and patients safely and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential link in the healthcare supply chain, delivering critical items with professionalism and care. You'll operate various vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks or personal vehicles to transport medical supplies to designated locations. Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts while following safe lifting practices. Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices or route planning tools to ensure timely arrivals. Adhere strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards during all driving activities. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and manifests for each shipment. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status or any issues encountered en route. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients upon delivery and ensuring their needs are met. Skills No Experience needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Familiarity with route driving, adhering to traffic regulations. Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, documentation, and communication purposes.
