This role will assist with package pickups, deliveries, shipment tracking, customer communication, and delivery documentation while helping ensure a smooth and dependable courier experience. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating and processing daily pickup and delivery requests. Receive, organize, and prepare packages for delivery. Verify package information, addresses, and delivery documentation. Communicate with customers regarding pickup and delivery details. Provide accurate shipment status updates when needed. Coordinate with drivers and dispatch staff to support timely deliveries. Track packages and update delivery information accurately. Handle customer questions and service concerns professionally. Assist with resolving delivery delays, address issues, and scheduling changes. Maintain organized records of shipments, pickups, and deliveries. Follow company procedures for package handling and customer information. Support general courier and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in courier services, logistics, customer service, or delivery operations is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
