Better Trucks. Better World. We're raising the standard for what a medium-duty truck should be — delivering vehicles, infrastructure, and support designed to work for you. About the Role Route support is responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of shipments. Route support is a supporting role primarily for package delivery. Key Responsibilities Follow DOT / FedEx standards to ensure every package is delivered. Ensure packages are delivered in accordance with FedEx standards. Remain within DOT standards when assisting on routes and delivering packages Help organize and reorganize trucks before, during, and after the route is completed Ensure trucks are cleaned and trash removed at the end of the shift Maintain uniform compliance Follow Metals regulations to ensure a positive score via FedEx on particulars such as PPOD, ride score, door tags, etc.... Report any fleet maintenance issues to the correct party. Complete each route they are assigned. Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers
Requirements:
Qualifications No experience required / introductory position High School diploma or GED Clean background Ability to pass a 10-panel drug test Work Environment Perform at operational sites, both indoors and outdoors. Fleet shop Exposure to varying weather conditions and extended driving distances. Stables office Physical Requirements Ability to lift to 75 pounds. Ability to climb in and out of vehicles repeatedly. Ability to stand, bend, and work on a creeper for extended periods. Ability to follow direction Ability to be trained
