Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Medical Courier/Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of medical equipment/instruments. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver medical equipment across designated routes Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and safety protocols during all driving activities Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices, documenting pick-up and drop-off details efficiently Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with healthcare staff and clients at each delivery point Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safe lifting practices during cargo handling Follow route schedules diligently to ensure timely deliveries while managing multiple stops throughout the day Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving manual handling and moving products Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial trucks preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, including manual handling of packages up to specified weight limits using proper techniques Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and adherence to traffic laws and DOT regulations Experience with warehouse operations, material handling equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks), and safe lifting practices Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities Comfortable working with mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation Prior experience in courier or delivery driver roles involving load & unload procedures and route driving Join us in delivering essential healthcare supplies while enjoying a fast-paced environment that values your skills, safety consciousness, and dedication.
