We handle refrigerated and LTL needs by leveraging no sailing schedules, our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, our state-of-the-art tracking, and our specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions. Responsibilities Work with Roadtex Terminals and Warehouse Services on ensuring proper OS&D procedures are followed to mitigate claims exposure. Work closely with operations, customer service, service partners and shippers to bring resolution to lost or damaged freight. Conduct thorough investigations of shortages, including gathering evidence, documentation of results, and communication. Manage the disposition process for "On-Hand" shipments and "Refusals".Complete all necessary paperwork and system updates within Roadvision. Proactively communicate issues and work to resolve within the team. Manage relationships within assigned accounts. Perform routine duties with minimal supervision following standard practices or procedures. Gain competency and adopt Roadtex/Echo's technology to be as efficient as possible. Participate in pro-active team efforts to achieve department and company goals.
