Job Summary:

Red Top Deliveries LLC is urgently hiring reliable Independent Contract Drivers operating Cargo or Sprinter Vans for immediate start on local small parcel routes in Austin, TX. This role offers predictable daily flat-rate pay ($200/day), manageable 5 to 8-hour morning shifts, and flexible scheduling. ​

Key Responsibilities:

​Pick up, transport, and deliver small parcels according to assigned local routes and schedules (approx. 80-120 packages and 75-150 miles per route). ​Load and unload packages safely and securely. ​Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or photo proof when required. ​Use GPS and route-planning tools on a smartphone to ensure timely deliveries. ​Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and basic operational condition. ​Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. ​Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or delivery issues. ​Provide professional and courteous customer service. ​Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation. ​

Qualifications:

​Must operate a reliable Cargo Van or Sprinter Van (Owned, Financed, or Leased). ​Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ​Must carry active Vehicle Auto Insurance and Cargo Insurance (specific coverage limits provided during application). ​Capable to lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds. ​Strong organizational and time-management skills. ​Self-motivated to work independently and meet delivery deadlines. ​Basic smartphone and navigation app proficiency. ​High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ​Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience preferred but not required. ​

Salary & Compensation:

$200.00 Daily Flat Rate per completed route ​Full-Time (5 Days): $1,000.00 / week ​Part-Time / Weekend (1-3 Days): $200.00 - $600.00 / week

Flexible Scheduling:

Operations run 7 days a week- build a schedule that fits your needs. ​Morning dispatch window between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM. ​Routes typically take between 5 to 8 hours to complete.​ Independent Contractor (1099) position. ​

Physical Requirements:

​Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs. ​Comfortable working in various weather conditions. ​Ability to sit and drive for extended periods. ​

Work Environment:

​Local delivery routes in Austin, TX. ​

Immediate Openings:

Seeking drivers available for route assignments upon completion of standard driver verification and application review. ​

Pay:

$200.00 per day
