As a delivery associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of packages to customers' doorsteps. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your delivery and organizational skills and customer service talents make a real difference. You must be 18+ Responsibilities Safely navigate walking paths, businesses and residences to complete daily routes efficiently Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques Follow designated routes using mobile devices for navigation, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with professionalism and a positive attitude Handle heavy lifting safely during package loading/unloading processes, practicing proper manual handling techniques Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and incident reports as required by company policies Experience Previous experience in delivery driving or courier roles preferred, especially with warehouse operations or commercial driving backgrounds Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling equipment operation (such as pallet jacks), and heavy lifting practices Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and safe lifting practices in the workplace Experience with mobile devices for route navigation and delivery updates is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and reliability Physical ability to lift heavy packages regularly while maintaining safe lifting practices This role offers an engaging work environment where your driving expertise and dedication directly impact customer satisfaction.
