Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to ride with drivers and assist with the transfer on and off stretchers. Responsibilities Safely transfer clients from bed to stretcher or other positions, particularly when transferring individuals up to 180 pounds. Ride along with Transportation providers and occasionally wait for client at appointment. Skills Ability to transfer clients safely with assistance, especially handling individuals up to 180 pounds. Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with fellow DSPs during client transfers Physical stamina and strength necessary for assisting with mobility and transfers
