Finding a reliable carrier immediately after finishing CDL school can be tough. We are actively hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in Van Buren, Fort Smith, and the surrounding River Valley area to join our structured Paid Mentor Program . We provide the training, assigned modern equipment, and guaranteed weekly pay to get you safely on the road to solo earnings. No physical unloading, no unpaid waiting weeks, and zero hidden catches.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM 4
to 6
Weeks Paid Mentorship:
Gain real-world OTR experience driving alongside a professional mentor.
Guaranteed Pay:
Stable, predictable weekly pay throughout your entire training period.
Instant Progression:
Move to full solo mileage rates as soon as you complete the mentorship. $300
Paid Orientation:
Transportation and hotel accommodations are fully covered.
PAY & FULL BENEFITS
$1,300 to $1,550 average weekly earnings after transitioning to solo (top drivers consistently clear $1,800+). Comprehensive Benefits (After 30 Days): Health, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT
Your Assigned Truck:
Late-model (2022 or newer) Kenworth or Freightliner with automatic transmission and APU.
No Slip-Seating:
The tractor is assigned strictly to you—no switching trucks. 100%
No-Touch Freight:
Dry van loads, roughly 70% drop-and-hook. 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week average on established routes East of

Days Out / 2
Days Home:
Consistent OTR schedule originating out of the Van Buren/Fort Smith area.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card. Graduate of an accredited CDL program (120+ hours) OR under 6 months of recent OTR experience. Clean driving record.
