Job Description

Northwoods Delivery Services Inc , a FedEx Ground contractor, is HIRING full time and part time delivery drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the Gaylord, MI terminal, located at 1748 Wolverine Parkway, Gaylord, MI 49735 and will be making deliveries in the surrounding areas in step vans and cutaways provided by the employer. No CDL required!
Pay:
$180 per day
Available Work Schedules:
Tuesday-Saturday Friday, Saturday, Monday (PT)
Monday-Friday Work Hours :
Approx 7:30AM-5/6PM or until route completion

Weekly Bonuses Delivery Driver Requirements:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older 1 year of job-related driving experience preferred but not required (Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping, Amazon, UPS, medical transport) Must be willing to submit to a background check Must complete a DOT physical and drug test (FedEx pays for this)! Must be able to obtain a chauffeur's license Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly, majority are under 50lbs) This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck repeatedly
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections Loading and Unloading packages from the truck Delivering packages to the correct destination Accurately scanning and logging packages SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and
