Job Description

Position Overview MinnLogix is seeking reliable, motivated full - time & part-time delivery drivers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want consistent work, flexible scheduling, and the ability to grow within a logistics operation. Drivers will use their own personal vehicle to complete assigned delivery routes using company-provided technology and route optimization software.

Responsibilities:

Load packages into your vehicle at the start of your shift Deliver packages efficiently using provided routing software Follow all delivery protocols and safety procedures Maintain professionalism when representing the company Ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Vehicle Requirements:

Must use your own personal vehicle Vehicle must be: Less than 15 years old Proof of Insurance In good visual condition No major dents, scratches, or body damage No decals, stickers, or unprofessional markings Vehicle must be a standard passenger vehicle (sedan, SUV, minivan, crossover) No cargo vans, box trucks, or vehicles with open beds (pickup trucks) allowed

Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a drug test (No THC allowed) Comfortable using basic technology (apps, GPS, handheld device) Ability to lift and load packages independently Strong reliability and time management
