We are onboarding seasonal Alternative Vehicle Drivers (AVP's) for peak season, with the possibility of transitioning into a part‑time role in the new year based on performance and business needs. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible daytime work, supplemental income, and a job that keeps you active.

• What You'll Do
• Deliver small FedEx packages using your personal vehicle
• Use an MEI‑provided scanner to log deliveries
• Navigate routes using smartphone GPS
• Provide reliable, friendly service to residential customers
• Maintain safe handling and secure transport of packages
• Compensation
• $1.70 base rate per stop
• Average 15-20 stops per hour
• Weekly pay
• Great supplemental income for gig‑workers (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, etc.)
• Approved Vehicles Vehicles must be:
• 2012 or newer
• Sedans, station wagons, SUVs, minivans, or pickup trucks
• Pickup trucks must have a covered, secure bed
• No significant cosmetic damage
• Must show proof of insurance and vehicle registration
• Qualifications
• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• No more than 2 citations in the past 3 years
• No commercial driving experience required
• Reliable, results‑driven, customer‑focused
• Able to use a smartphone with GPS
• Able to use an MEI‑provided scanner
• Must commute to 14005 Driver Ave, Rosemount, MN
• Shift Availability

• 3-8 hours/day depending on volume
