As an AVP Driver, you'll use your own personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, minivan, or small crossover) to deliver FedEx packages on an assigned route. This is a great fit for someone who wants steady, predictable work without needing a commercial vehicle or CDL. Duties Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages across designated routes, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety standards. Load and unload parcels, ensuring proper handling and secure placement during transit. Use mobile devices and GPS technology to navigate routes efficiently and communicate with dispatch teams. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with professionalism and a positive attitude. Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, including weight handling in the workplace and safe lifting practices. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety. Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports as required by company policies. Requirements Valid driver's license (state-issued, in good standing) Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (sedan, SUV, minivan, or crossover — no two-door coupes or vehicles under 35 cubic feet of cargo space

• Current vehicle registration and personal auto insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements Clean driving record (no major violations in the past [3] years) Must be at least 21 years old Ability to lift and carry packages up to [50] lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Ready to work weekend shifts Ability to pass a background check Strong sense of direction and comfort using GPS navigation Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards.
