• 24/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time or Part-Time Job Overview TerraArc Logistics is seeking reliable and self-motivated delivery drivers to deliver FedEx Ground packages using their own vehicles.

This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy working independently, staying active, and completing their routes efficiently. You will pick up packages from our Memphis North station, organize your route, and make residential and business deliveries throughout the assigned service area. Drivers who are organized, dependable, and efficient can complete their routes earlier while maintaining high standards for safety and customer service. Previous experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, USPS, courier services, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, or similar delivery work is preferred but not required.

Vehicle:

Use your own qualified vehicle Responsibilities Pick up and organize packages at the FedEx Ground station before leaving for your route Safely operate your personal vehicle while completing an assigned delivery route Deliver packages accurately and efficiently to residential and business customers Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required Use a handheld scanner or mobile device to scan packages, record deliveries, and update delivery status Follow assigned routes while making safe and efficient routing decisions Communicate promptly with the dispatch or management team regarding delivery issues Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or injury Provide courteous and professional customer service Follow traffic laws, company safety procedures, and safe lifting practices Return undelivered or exception packages as instructed at the end of the route Keep your vehicle clean, safe, properly maintained, and ready for daily delivery use Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must use your own reliable vehicle Current vehicle registration and insurance required Vehicle must be in good mechanical condition and meet applicable FedEx AVP requirements SUVs, minivans, passenger vans, and crossover vehicles are strongly preferred Must pass required background screening and drug testing Must be able to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable entering and exiting the vehicle frequently throughout the route Must be able to work outdoors in hot, cold, or rainy conditions Must have a reliable smartphone and be comfortable using mobile technology Must be dependable and able to report to work on time Preferred Qualifications Previous package-delivery, courier, or route-driving experience Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, USPS, or similar delivery operations Familiarity with handheld scanners or mobile delivery applications Good knowledge of the Memphis-area road network Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional and courteous customer-service skills What Makes a Successful Driver We are looking for drivers who value: Safety
