Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Provide product demonstrations and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, coolers, and inventory areas regularly to ensure product availability and proper merchandising standards Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store sections, and restrooms Manage retail sales transactions with attention to retail math skills for accurate change and receipt processing Offer friendly phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking inquiries about products or services Skills Proven experience with POS systems and retail sales transactions Supervising experience preferred for leadership opportunities or team coordination Strong communication skills in both bilingual settings and clear verbal interaction with customers Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to demonstrate products effectively and assist with product demos or upselling strategies
