We specialize in secure, professional, and fully compliant collateral recovery services. Our team works diligently to ensure the efficient recovery and handling of assets while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, customer service, and legal compliance. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our growing team in Vallejo. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in the daily operation of our vehicle storage facility. You will work with our office team, customers, transport companies, and other departments to ensure vehicles and personal property are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle & Lot Operations Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and organized vehicle storage lot. Move and park vehicles in designated areas. Drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles. Inspect repossessed vehicles for damage and document their condition according to company standards. Take detailed photographs of vehicles and upload photos and condition reports into company software. Assist with organizing the movement and flow of vehicles throughout the facility. Prepare vehicles for transport, auction, redemption, or release. Coordinate with transport companies regarding vehicle pickups. Release vehicles to authorized transport companies and verify required documentation before releasing vehicles. Assist transporters with locating and accessing vehicles while following company procedures. Ensure vehicles are released accurately and within required timelines. Personal Property & Inventory Remove and inventory personal belongings from repossessed vehicles. Carefully document personal property according to company procedures. Take photographs and maintain accurate records of personal property. Secure and organize personal property until it is released to the appropriate customer/debtor. Assist customers with the retrieval of personal property in a professional and respectful manner. Maintain accurate personal-property records within company timelines. Customer Service Assist customers/debtors with personal property retrieval and vehicle redemption procedures. Interact professionally with individuals who may be upset, frustrated, or under stressful circumstances. Remain calm and professional while helping de-escalate difficult situations. Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures. Provide professional service to customers, transporters, vendors, and coworkers. Office & Technology Work closely with the office team to complete required paperwork and documentation. Use computers, tablets, cameras, and company software throughout the day. Enter accurate vehicle condition reports, photographs, inventories, and other information. Learn and use new software and technology as needed. Communicate vehicle status and other important information to the appropriate departments. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, organized, and willing to learn .

Is willing to learn new processes and responsibilities. Is willing to learn forklift operation. Previous experience in repossession, towing, automotive, dealership, transportation, warehouse, or lot operations is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds . Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors. Must be comfortable working with computers and tablets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow company procedures and pay close attention to details. $20.00
