Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the food service area within the gas stations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train food service staff, scheduling shifts and assigning duties. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies while managing budget constraints. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Implement food service standards and enhancements to improve customer experience. Resolve customer issues and handle on-site emergencies or complaints. Analyze sales reports and make recommendations for operational improvements.
