Job Description Lead ground-up and interior commercial projects from mobilization through final turnover. Manage day-to-day field operations across projects throughout the Southeast . Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, manpower, materials, and site logistics. Maintain and drive the construction schedule, ensuring key milestones and completion dates are achieved. Oversee projects across gas station/convenience, retail, banking, MOB/healthcare, and broader commercial construction . Work closely with the Project Manager to proactively resolve scheduling, constructability, and field-related challenges. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure work meets project requirements. Maintain high standards around jobsite safety, quality control, and subcontractor performance . Lead inspections, punch lists, closeout, and turnover. Represent the GC professionally with clients, ownership groups, design teams, and trade partners.
