Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fuel Dock Attendant and become a vital part of ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient fueling operations at our bustling waterfront location. In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service while managing the fueling and point of sale process with precision and safety. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a lively environment where safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are top priorities. Gratuities from some customers are a bonus! Duties Assist customers with fueling their boats , ensuring accurate and efficient service Operate fueling equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations Perform routine inspections of fueling station and related mechanical systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel dock area and bathrooms. Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies. Coordinate with maintenance team for any slip and dock repairs. Monitor private vehicle parking spaces to ensure parking permit compliance. Process payments through our point of sale system Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring a positive experience Requirements Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Strong attention to safety procedures related to fueling operations and environmental protection Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers. Physical ability to bend, knell, lift heavy hoses, operate pump, and perform routine maintenance tasks Prior experience at a fuel dock or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Embark on an exciting role where your mechanical skills and proactive attitude make a real difference! Pay:
