The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for helping clients resolve their financial obligations. As a spotter, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, analyzing their accounts, and facilitating the recovery process while maintaining a professional demeanor. Bonus per car found plus hourly rate, paid biweekly. Duties Assist in the repossession of vehicles Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assisting the recovery agent in recovery. You will not physically be in your own repossession truck. Ability to work independently and unsupervised as a spotter, to notify the agent on duty of the vehicle's whereabouts. Assist in the transportation of vehicles to various locations around the metroplex. Ability to take photos and conduct condition reports of recovered collateral. Qualifications Valid drivers license. Clean driving record (no driving incidents/incidents within the last 36 months). Willingness to learn and bring new ideas to the team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
