This position involves delivering tires and physically loading and unloading them at delivery locations. Drivers are required to unload the tires themselves. Tires may weigh up to 80 pounds. Responsibilities Safely operate a company delivery vehicle. Load, transport, and unload tires weighing up to 80 pounds using safe lifting practices and available equipment. Verify tire quantities and delivery orders before leaving and at each stop. Secure tires properly to prevent shifting during transport. Complete delivery paperwork accurately. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch. Keep the vehicle and work area clean and organized. Qualifications Valid Class C driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements. Ability to repeatedly lift and move tires weighing up to 80 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to perform frequent bending, standing, walking, and loading and unloading throughout the shift. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail. Delivery driving or tire-handling experience preferred. Commitment to safe driving and proper material handling.
