Job Description
Pay:
$22.00- $24.
Duties:
- Transport client's to MD appointments, lab, Urgent Care, outings
- To be prompt in keeping appointments and adhering to agreed upon schedules. Keeping in mind that schedules do change due to unforeseen events.
- To abide by the HIPPA Rules of Confidentiality
- To record time and mileage according to established policy.
Requirements:
- Commercial Drivers License Required with Passenger Endorsement
- Clean DMV record
- Weekend availability
- RADT-I or RTSS registration preferred
- Recovery experience a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety, if ever chemically dependent
