Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for the delivery of medical equipment and supplies across designated routes. Load, unload, and organize medical equipment using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and safe lifting practices during all driving and manual handling tasks. Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements using mobile devices or other digital tools. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, assisting with warehouse operations including stock management and inventory control. Communicate professionally with clients upon delivery, providing excellent customer service while addressing any questions or concerns. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance needs promptly. Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving, including box trucks, vans, or courier vehicles. Delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to traffic laws. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling safety protocols. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace. Experience using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, or communication purposes. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
