is looking for reliable, professional, and compassionate drivers to provide safe and dependable transportation for passengers traveling to and from medical appointments and other approved non-emergency destinations. The ideal candidate is punctual, responsible, patient, and committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining passenger safety and confidentiality. Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments and approved destinations. Pick up passengers on time and ensure they arrive safely at their destination. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle. Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules. Communicate professionally with passengers, medical facilities, and dispatch. Complete required trip documentation accurately. Follow all company policies and transportation safety procedures. Report vehicle maintenance or safety issues promptly. Maintain passenger privacy and confidentiality. Provide courteous and respectful service to all passengers. Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license. Clean and acceptable driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to pass required background checks and screenings. Ability to communicate professionally with passengers and staff. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work independently and follow schedules. Previous driving, transportation, delivery, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous NEMT or medical transportation experience. Experience transporting elderly, disabled, or mobility-limited passengers. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Knowledge of the Orlando/Central Florida area is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to assist passengers as permitted by company policy and training. Ability to enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the workday.
