Genesis 7 Transport is seeking dependable and professional Emergency Medical Technicians to join our non-emergency ambulance transportation team. Our EMTs provide safe, respectful, and compassionate transportation for patients traveling to dialysis centers, medical appointments, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare destinations. Compensation Starting pay of $250 per day Bonus opportunities available based on eligibility, attendance, scheduling needs, and company requirements Primary Responsibilities Provide safe and compassionate care during non-emergency transports. Assess and monitor patients throughout transport. Safely lift, move, and secure patients using stretchers and other equipment. Operate ambulances safely and comply with all traffic and company safety requirements. Complete accurate and timely electronic patient-care reports. Communicate professionally with patients, families, facility staff, partners, supervisors, and dispatch. Inspect, clean, disinfect, restock, and refuel the assigned ambulance. Follow all Genesis 7 Transport policies, clinical protocols, and chain-of-command procedures. Request assistance when a patient transfer cannot be performed safely. Minimum Qualifications Current Georgia EMT-Basic, Advanced EMT, or Paramedic license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening, and other required pre-employment screenings. Ability to meet the physical and essential requirements of the position. Ability to work effectively with a partner and follow supervisory instructions. Strong communication, documentation, customer-service, and time-management skills. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the assigned work location.
