In this energetic role, you will operate specialized vehicles to transport patients to medical appointments, ensuring comfort, safety, and punctuality. Your positive attitude and excellent driving skills will help enhance the well-being of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Duties Safely operate shuttle buses, paratransit vehicles, or other commercial transportation vehicles to transport patients to and from medical facilities. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with mobility challenges or special needs. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all transportation regulations. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, medical staff, and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition for reporting purposes. Ensure all transportation activities adhere to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and respectful to all passengers. Requirements Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services is highly desirable. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial driver's license or driver certification). Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment. Knowledge of paratransit operations and safety procedures is a plus. Experience with vehicle maintenance routines or basic repairs is beneficial. A clean driving record with a focus on safety and reliability.
