Golden Years ADHC seeks compassionate Passenger Transport Specialists to provide safe, friendly, and respectful non-emergency transportation for adult day healthcare participants. Our drivers are crucial to supporting independence, dignity, and health for our clients and communities. Responsibilities- Safely transport clients to/from adult day healthcare, medical appointments, and other Medicaid-approved destinations.
- Uphold company and Medicaid NEMT policies regarding safety, reliability, and documentation.
- Assist passengers, including those with mobility challenges, with empathy and patience.
- Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards.
- Foster positive, respectful interactions with all clients reflect our Golden Rule values.
Requirements:
Valid Kentucky driver's license and a clean driving record.- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test (upfront costs reimbursed after hire).
- Willingness to train in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant certifications.
- Commitment to respectful and kind treatment, reliability, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, caregiving, or healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated empathy and commitment to service.
