Delivery Assistant Location:

$20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Delivery Assistant to support a client with delivery and warehouse operations. This position will assist with loading and unloading trucks, moving and delivering appliances and HVAC equipment, and providing professional customer service at delivery locations.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently Unbox, move, carry, and place appliances and HVAC equipment Verify deliveries against order slips for accuracy Provide friendly and professional customer service at delivery locations Assist with warehouse receiving, stocking, organizing, and staging inventory Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with: Property Managers, Maintenance Teams, Contractors & End Customers.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Occasionally maneuver items up to 100 lbs. with assistance or proper equipment Navigate stairs, hallways, elevators, and tight spaces Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods Work indoors and outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred Previous delivery experience is a plus At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and reliable attendance Positive and professional attitude Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver products and equipment To apply: please send resume to this post or can call 517 546-5627 to inquire.
