Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Health Transit Services Manager to join the Health Transit Services Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

What Your Day Looks Like:

The Health Transit Services Department coordinates transportation services for residents in our communities who require assistance to attend medical appointments. As a Health Transit Services Manager, you will be: Coordinating team member schedules to ensure timely pick up and drop off for all scheduled appointments Coordinating maintenance and repair needs for vehicles and the department Addressing personnel and staffing needs, including hiring and orienting new team members Maintaining all driver records for state and agency audit requests Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment Performing duties as a transit driver as needed

Qualifications Education:

High school graduate or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Skills/Experience:

Public health or community health experience recommended

Licensure/Certification:

Class E license issued by the State of Missouri and must be in good standing with Department of Motor Vehicles;

First Aid Physical Requirements:
