Job Description
Overview Urgently Hiring We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a professional attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Experience transporting wheelchair and stretcher passengers is preferred but not necessary. Paid training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, friendly, and attentive to passengers' needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times, ensuring that all equipment and amenities are in good working order.
- Load and unload passengers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre
- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet and greet passengers at designated locations, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve driving skills and knowledge of industry regulations. Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience transporting wheelchair and stretcher passengers is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Experience driving in a variety of weather conditions and traffic situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Pay:
$18.00- $22.
