Job Summary Join our dynamic Capital Relocation Group as a Drivers and Movers specialist, where your energy and dedication will drive seamless transitions for our clients. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading belongings while providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in driving commercial vehicles and handling moving tasks will ensure every move is efficient, secure, and stress-free. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load, secure, transport, and unload client belongings using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Assist with packing, unpacking, and organizing items during moves to ensure efficient workflow Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients throughout the moving process Adhere to safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items, including heavy lifting and manual transmission operation Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices and ensure all documentation is completed correctly Load and unload items efficiently while following proper weight handling procedures to prevent workplace injuries Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or moving services with a focus on manual handling and safe lifting practices (Preferred) Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or commercial trucks; Experience with delivery driver roles involving route driving, load & unload tasks, and adhering to traffic regulations Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients K nowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace Physical ability to lift heavy items repeatedly while maintaining safety standards; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring manual handling, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations Join us if you're motivated by movement, enjoy working physically demanding roles, and want to make a tangible difference in people's lives through smooth relocations. $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
