Full Job Description Delivery Driver:

Maintain company vehicles (Van, Truck, and Box Truck). Ensure that tools remain in good working condition and keep log of tools used. Coordinate and implement deliveries of products sold in a timely and orderly fashion. Coordinate deliveries to Guests as well as deliveries related to the store needs. Always greet Guest with a smile and direct them to the appropriate load location. Follow Logan's best practices for loading, always asking the guests if they would like trunk liners or boxes. Load the Guest vehicle in a safe manor to protect the vehicle, the guest and yourself. Direct the Guest on how to exit the property or proceed to their next stop. Keep Loading Areas neatly stocked and organized. Complete a Driver Background check to be added as a driver on our insurance. Competencies Organizational Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. Communication Proficiency Customer/Client Focus Time Management Collaboration Skills Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities Work Environment This job operates in a professional retail environment. This job operates in an outdoor environment. The employee will be expected to work outside in various kinds of weather. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to regularly lift products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. The employee must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to maneuver between greenhouse tables. This position requires repetitive lifting. This position requires the ability to sit/stand for long periods of time. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed Sundays. Hours of work are flexible - Saturdays are required. During Spring season - hours will shift as we close at 7:00 pm Travel No travel is expected for this position Required Education and Experience Customer service experience preferred
