Open Positions:

2 We are seeking reliable and hardworking Driver/Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery driving, supporting floral distribution operations throughout Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn. Schedule (3rd Shift)

Monday-Tuesday:

Start at 2:30 AM (8-hour shift)

Wednesday-Friday:

Start at 3:15 AM (8-hour shift) Approximately 20% warehouse work / 80% driving Position Overview As a Driver/Warehouse Associate, you will independently load and unload 18-foot box trucks, handle floral products, and complete deliveries to floral shops, wholesalers, and retail accounts, including major customers such as Home Depot. Routes are located throughout Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn. No deliveries into Manhattan or the Bronx. Key Responsibilities Load and unload flower shipments from box trucks Lift and move boxes of floral products throughout the shift Push delivery carts and transport products safely Complete scheduled deliveries accurately and on time Operate an 18-foot non-CDL box truck Use tablet-based delivery systems and onboard camera monitoring equipment Provide professional customer service during deliveries Assist with warehouse operations as needed Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Active DOT Medical Card, or ability to obtain one before starting Strong English communication skills for customer interactions Ability to work early morning shifts (required and non-negotiable) Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Comfortable operating delivery technology and navigation systems Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery driving experience Prior warehouse experience Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment What We're Looking For We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals who can work independently, maintain a strong attendance record, and provide excellent service to our customers while handling physically demanding work.
