Shift:
Monday - Friday, 2:00p-10:30pm. $21/hr + $0.50 shift diff + FULL

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Technician, you'll be on the front lines, directly impacting the healthcare experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Safe Delivery:
Load, secure, and transport medical equipment to healthcare locations, ensuring safe retrieval and return of equipment.
Customer Engagement:
Educate customers on equipment features and functionality during deliveries, fostering strong relationships.
Accurate Documentation:
Complete paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance efficiently and accurately.
Equipment Management:
Inspect, clean, and test medical equipment to ensure functionality and safety, following all guidelines.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to health protocols, and comply with HIPAA regulations.
What You'll Need:
Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record. Prior customer service experience; hospital setting experience is a plus. Basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support our 24/7 operations. Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
