We're looking for full-time Delivery Drivers from the Lansford and surrounding area to join our growing delivery team. Drivers report to our Hazleton terminal at the beginning of each scheduled shift, where a company delivery van, route, equipment, and navigation technology are provided. This is an hourly, full-time position for people who want structured employment—not an on-demand driving opportunity.
STARTING PAY
$23.75 PER HOUR Full-time employment 40+ hours available weekly Typical shift: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Performance incentive opportunitiesWE PROVIDE THE VAN

When you arrive at the Hazleton terminal, you'll prepare for your assigned route and head out in a company-provided delivery vehicle.We provide:
Company delivery van during scheduled shifts Navigation and route technology Delivery equipment Paid training Daily operational support No CDL is required.WHAT THE WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE
Once you're on the road, you'll have the independence to manage your assigned route while remaining connected to the operations team.Your responsibilities include:
Safely operating a company delivery vehicle Completing residential and commercial deliveries Following an assigned route using provided technology Entering and exiting the vehicle throughout the workday Organizing and handling packages efficiently Maintaining delivery accuracy Providing professional customer service Communicating with the operations team when needed Following all established safety and vehicle proceduresWHAT MATTERS MORE THAN EXPERIENCE?
Reliability. We can train someone who hasn't delivered packages before. What we're looking for are people who take their schedule seriously, arrive ready to work, make safe decisions, and take pride in completing the job correctly.Applicants must:
Be at least 21 years old and have 3 years experience driving Have a valid driver's license Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Be comfortable driving throughout the workday Work independently and remain productive Communicate professionally Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Be able to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required Previous delivery experience is welcome, but it is not required .BENEFITS & EMPLOYEE SUPPORT
