Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Support the driver in navigating routes efficiently, following planned delivery schedules and safety regulations. Help maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs of loads delivered and any issues encountered during routes. Assist in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Appliances Installation Requirements Previous experience in delivery support is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, including moving bulky or heavy items during loading and unloading processes. Experience with commercial driving or a valid driver's license suitable for operating box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable. Familiarity with driving manual transmission vehicles and route driving is a plus. Knowledge of equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is beneficial; certification is a bonus but not mandatory.
